Positive: Lovely room overlooked the river. Clean and comfortable.

Negative: Location. Whilst it was by the river, it was also right next to a very busy road, so wasn't a tranquil experience.

Positive: Cleaned and looked after well. Great service and very friendly staff. An ideal location to stay at if visiting Thorpe Park. The value for money is spot on

Negative: Nothing really, only that the isolator inside the bathroom was quite loud but didn’t really affect our stay

Negative: The online booking is misleading, I pre-booked 5 stays at the Bridge for £87.50 and that is what booking.com advertise. However, this is less tax and it turns out it was £105. There are other hotels closer to my requirements and cheaper. It is not reasonable to stay at the Bridge when you pay £105 + £15 for breakfast and then an evening meal. Breakfast should be included at that price! The TV WI-FI kept dropping out. The evening meal and the breakfast is incredibly hot. I burnt my mouth eating the soup. I have never experienced such hot food in my life and it rendered it tasteless because the flavour had gone. Presentation was really good! I was confused with the cost of the breakfast? I paid £15 for a full English which is fine but what if i only want cereal and juice? Is that still £15? which is expensive.

Summary: Its a nice place, good staff, friendly, music was poor!
